Re-branding
As Phlexglobal is now a part of Cencora/Pharmalex our Help Center's look and feel has been updated to reflect our current development path. The change does not affect the knowledgebase itself so you can still enjoy the benefit of all the knowledge articles which the Help Center offers.Ā
Help Center's search engine
We would also like to present the major improvement in our search engine. Now you can either search across the whole knowledgebase or you can first select one of the categories visible under the search engine. Once you have selected the category, you can use the search engine which performs searches within the selected category. This solution is especially helpful if you have access to more than one product but you wish to only search for information pertaining to one of them.
The new ticket field
We understand the importance of providing swift resolutions to your queries. For this purpose we would like to introduce a new ticket field:
Should you wish to send us a query, you can first select the Product to which your query pertains. This information will help the agents locate the issue more quickly, which can potentially shorten the time of the query resolution.
